The so called "human" of the earth bound life form is a problem in this sector. we have observed its behavior and found it quite disturbing.They eat the flesh of other intelligent life forms, they destroy the planet with chemicals created by their own greed and selfish desires.
They commit unspeakable acts of violence upon one another and claims its within the will of their belief system they call religion. They allow their young to practice violent behavior with something they call toys mechanisms that should be for learning and creativity but instead are used to teach their young how to murder and slaughter one another.They even have animal companions that are vicious and violent.
These are not the kind of life forms we should allow to wander the Galaxy
We vote to quarantine them all. They need to be removed out of the populated sectors until they evolve a intelligent perspective about life. We will declare no sharing of far travel technology to this life form. We should communicate with the Wise ones of the red planet; it was their idea to leave that solar system ages ago because of their horrific findings about the earth born.
We will with draw aid from any life form that seeks communication with the earth born Humans.
Let them show us the value of their participation in the council. Until then we must continue to watch them very carefully.
